I am interested in wall papers which drawn by using sponge to get random shapes. I did some research and try to use sponges to paint galaxy on the nails.
The technique which going to use is similar to ink painting but we not going to use sponge instead of brushes.Nail arts has a really deep history. The background could move back toFrom 5000 B.C. to 3000 B.C. ancient Egyptian women used nail art to indicate social status. They decorated their nails using the juice of henna plant. For example, Queen Nefertiti used red colour to decorate their fingernails and toenails. Compared to Nefertiti, Queen Cleopatra used deep rusty shades with an undertone of gold. Ordinary women were not allowed to use the same colour as queen. In ancientChina, during Ming Dynasty nail lacquers and varnishes were created from the mixture of beeswax, egg whites, gelatine, vegetable dyes and gum arabic. Now a days nail art has flourished from a DIY underground affair right into mainstream salons. In 2012, the United States witnessed a surging popularity of nail art.
wall painting also start for a while. The artist Terrence LunTse who is a sponge drawing artist. He uses different density of sponges and moisture content to draw different artworks.
I find out that the popularity of nail arts is keeping increase. More and more types of colours and products came out. The basic types of techniques is nail polish and nail gel. Nail gel is a chemical combination similar to acrylics. Manicurist applies several layers on the fingernails or/and toenails and lets it cure under a UV or LED light. When the gel is cured it hardens the nails. It also need some other tools to finish the painting. Some people prefer to do it as home as doing nail arts in salon will spend around 1 hour.

“Nail art is very accessible, if you think you’re too curvy or too straight, too young or too old, unattractive or not, it doesn’t matter because you can still have beautifully groomed nails. Even when people don’t have enough money for a lovely holiday or a fabulous facial, they probably have enough they can spend a little bit on their nails. It’s not that expensive and it’s not life changing like getting you hair cut short. If you don’t like it after a day or two, take it off. Nail arts also supporting role in Fashion week. Nowadays nail arts are part of the process off fashion.”
The author Emanuella believe that there is a potential market for nail arts as sailing beauty(nail arts) to women in all age levels. Nail arts becomes more important to women’s life.

This video gave the similar concept as mine. It uses visual feedback to create different kinds of paintings. They equipped a standard robot with all necessary means for painting. Five different brushes can be used, color can be selected from a repository with 24 colors, brushes can be cleaned and colors can be distributed precisely on the canvas.

ONE
My first concept is going to paint on nails controlled by the sound. We will prepare around 5 colours to create the galaxy. The background black, pink, yellow and dark blue for the milky way and white colour for the stars. A small table would be fitted with a microphone that capture the sound and the audio signature will transfer to the computer. When user made sound, the machine will start painting on the nail until user stopped talking. Then the user move her hands to the next finger. As galaxy is a abstractive painting, the machine only controlled by the sound and painted random on the nails. After one colour used, the machine will move to the next. Or, user say the colour by voice. their will be stickers as well which also controlled by the voiced. As the nail is just a small space, it won’t let user to speak for too long. With this machine can finish doing nail arts quickly.

My second concept is by using the temperature and light sensor. There will be a temperature controller connect between the computer and my hand. If my finger is quite cold with low temperature then the machine will help the user to choose some cool and cold colour. Contrarily, machine will choose warm colour for higher temperature. Light sensor will be connected with the computer and put on the floor. It helps the stat and end time by using feet. without light, machine will stop work and the automatically move on to the next colour depends on your temperature. there will be some icon stamps which will seal on the top of the coat.
